Position Title: Customer Success Associate
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Australian customers
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to client requests for information including smoke alarm quote, compliance status, invoice requests, inspection status updates.
- Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.
- Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
- Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of new property lists.
- Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client and technician work orders
- Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of client invoices
ELIGIBILITY:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
WORK CULTURE:
- Work from office.
- 5 days a week with 2 rotational off
- Rotational Shifts (Australian Timings)
